Monthly Tuition
GymQuarters Gymnastics is a year-round program. We based tuition on an average of four classes per month. If five classes are available in a given month, we do not increase tuition. If only three classes are available in a given month, we do not pro-rate.
Our Monthly tuition rates are $91.00 for the one-hour classes and $117.00 for one-hour and 30-minute classes.
Annual Enrollment Fee
The annual enrollment fee is $65.00 for the first child and any additional children in the same family are free. The enrollment fee will be added to your tuition on your yearly anniversary month. This enrollment fee covers the administrative costs and student/athlete secondary insurance.
Discounts
Family: Only one child per family pays the full price. All lesser tuitions are discounted at 25% off for any additional children.
Multi Class: Take an additional class and receive a 25% discount off the lesser tuition class.
Refunds
GymQuarters offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee after the first class. A refund will be evaluated in the case of an injury.
Payment Option
Option 1: Automatic Payment Plan
Tuition is paid automatically every month using your credit or debit card. Tuition is automatically deducted from your account between the 20th and 25th of each month for the following month's classes.
If there are changes to your credit or debit card, the information must be received by the 20th of the month online or at the front desk.
If you credit or debit card is declined, the issue must be resolved by the end of the current month to continue with the program.
If you need to withdraw from the automatic payment plan or choose to become inactive in the program, a withdrawal form is located at the front desk, or on the website (below). This form must be received by the 20th of the month prior to the withdrawal.
Option 2: Payment in Person
If you decline the automatic payment plan, monthly payments may be made by cash, check or debit cards at the front desk or over the phone. Payment must be received by the 20th of the previous month to guarantee your child's spot for the following month.
If payment for the next month is not received by the 20th of the current month, the computer tags you as inactive and releases the class spot. Late payments are accepted but cannot guarantee the same class day and/or time.
JackRabbit Management System
Jackrabbit Class is the #1 gymnastics class management software and is the best and most secure in the country. GymQuarters customers can now log in to the customer portal from our website to view class information, make class changes, update contact information, and more. This will also be our way to communicate with you through your email.
Gym Spectator Rules
Parents are welcome to view classes anytime. All spectators must remain in the 2nd-floor viewing area. We request that all friends and siblings remain quiet, and parents monitor their children's behavior. This will allow for the best learning environment.
All children, when not in class, must be supervised by an adult.
Children are not allowed in the Pro Shop area unattended.
No chewing gum is allowed in the gym area.
Other Information
Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, please check your email, our website, or call GymQuarters to see if we are closed. Cancellation messages for morning and afternoon classes will be available by 8:30 am. Cancellation messages for the evening and team classes will be available by 3:00 pm.
Returned Checks
There will be a $30.00 fee charged for all returned checks to cover bank costs.
Makeup Classes
Classes missed due to illnesses are allowed - only one make-up per month (unlimited in summer). Classes missed due to illness must stop by the front desk or call before your child's absence in order to be eligible to schedule a make-up class.
Make-ups must be completed by the end of the following month or your make-up will be forfeited. If you need to cancel your child's make-up class, you must call by 8:00 AM or forfeit your make-up.
Withdrawing From Classes
Any student who wishes to withdraw from their class must have a parent/guardian stop by the front desk and fill out a withdrawal form. If this form has not been filled out and filed prior to the 20th of the month, you will be responsible for posted fees and no refunds will be issued.
Dress Code
Hair must be pulled back away from the face. No Jewelry allowed. Appropriate clothing should be worn. We recommend leotards for the girls. Appropriate clothing should be worn. We recommend leotards for the girls. Bare feet are required.
