If you want to learn tumbling for cheer, to stay in shape or just to have fun, GymQuarters has the tumbling class for you. Our tumbling classes are taught by experienced instructors with an emphasis on form and safety. |

| Beginning | ||||

This beginning class is for kids with little or no prior experience in tumbling, and do not yet have a good cartwheel. This class will work on a standing and running cartwheel, backbends, kickovers, handstands and other strength related activities. |

Learn the fundamentals of tumbling with instruction on good form, technique and balance. For students who already have a good cartwheel and running cartwheel, as well as a backbend. This class will work on back handsprings, backbends, front and back walkovers, etc. |

| Advanced | ||||

| For students that are working on standing back handsprings, front handsprings, roundoff backhandsprings, aerials, etc. For those who are ready, we will also work on multiple back handsprings. Students must already have all the fundamentals, including an unassisted front and back walkover. |

| Floor: tumbling passes such as roundoff back handspring back tuck and more advanced skills such as layouts and fulls. | ||||
