| Class Terms |
| Gymquarters Gymnastics is a year round program with a monthly based tuition based on an average of four classes per month. If five classes are available, we do not increase tuition. If three classes are available, we do not pro-rate. |
| Annual Membership Fee |
| The annual enrollment fee is $52.00 for the first child and any additional children in the same family are free. The enrollment fee will be added to your tuition on your yearly anniversary month. This enrollment fee covers administrative cost and student/athlete secondary insurance. |
| Monthly Tuition |
| Our Monthly tuition rates are $74.00 for the one hour classes and $99.00 for one hour and 30 minute classes. |
| Payment Options |
| Tuition is paid automatically every month using your credit or debit card. Tuition is automatically deducted from your account on the 25th of each month for the following month's classes.
If there are changes to your credit or debit card, the information must be received by the 20th of the month online or at the front desk.
If you credit or debit card is declined, the issue must be resolved by the end of the current month to continue with the program.
If you need to withdraw from the automatic payment plan or choose to become inactive in the program, a withdrawal form is located at the front desk, or on the website (below). This form must be received by the 20th of the month prior to the withdrawal. |
| If you decline the automatic payment plan, monthly payments may be made by cash, vhrvk or debit cards at the front desk or over the phone. Payment must be recevied by the 20th of the previous month to guarantee your child's spot for the following month.
If payment for the next month is not received by the 20th of the current month, the computer tags you as inactive and releases the class spot. Late payments are accepted but cannot guarantee the same class day and/or time. |
| Refund Policy |
| Gymquarters offers a free trial class to everyone on their first visit. Once the trial has been completed, a class has been chosen and the tuition paid, no refunds will be offered except in the case of injury. |
| Other Information |
| In the evet of inclement weather, please check website, or call GymQuarters to see if we are closed. If the Francis Howell school district has cancelled school, we also close. Cancellation messages for morning and afternoon classes will be available by 8:30 am. Cancellation messages for evening and team classes will be available by 3:00pm. |
| There is a $30.00 fee charged for all returned checks. |
Family: Only one child per family pays full price. All lesser tuitions are discounted 25% for any additional children.
Multi-Class: take an additional class and receive a 25% discount off the lesser tuition class

| One missed class per month may be made up in designated classes for both Junior and Developmental programs. Sign up in advance at the frint desk to attend. You have 8 weeks from the date missed to complete your make up class. |
| Extra practice time is held in conjunction with the make-up classes. You must sign up in advance for these practices. The fee is $8.00 per child per class. |
| Hair must be pulled back away from the face. No Jewelry allowed. Appropriate clothing should be worn. We recommend leotards for the girls. Bare feet and legs are required. |

| Gym Spectator Rules |
Parents are welcome to view classes anytime. All spectators must remain in the 2nd floor viewing area. We request that all friends and siblings remain quiet, and parents monitor their children's behavior. This will allow for the best learning environment.
All children, when not in class, must be supervised by an adult.
Children are not allowed in the Pro Shop area unattended.
No chewing gum is allowed in the gym area. |
