April 1, 2020
Dear GQ Families,
We miss all of you so much! We just wanted to send an update about our status regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, our facility is closed due to the stay-at-home order for St. Charles County in place through April 30th. While we hope to be able to resume in May, this is an ever-changing and unprecedented situation. GymQuarters will remain closed until restrictions have been lifted and it is deemed safe enough to resume classes and activities.
During our closure, class tuition payments are on hold and will not be charged until we resume.
In the meantime, follow us on Facebook and Instagram for creative ideas to bring GymQuarters Gymnastics into your home. Also, be on the lookout for emails for our students from your teachers that will provide tips on staying fit with workouts at home!
During this pause period, our facility is closed. Please email us at email@example.com if you need anything and please allow extra time for a response. Thank you all for your patience and support!
We sincerely hope all our families are staying well, and we can’t wait to see you again!
Thank you for your continued support during this difficult time. As many of you know, we are currently closed following the recommendation of local leaders and health care experts. We are hoping to resume normal operations by Saturday, April 4, 2020.
We understand many of you have concerns about your class tuition currently. Please note, while we are closed you will not be billed for classes. This will happen automatically; you do not need to contact GymQuarters.
For the month of March: We will automatically be adding make-ups to each account for all missed classes and will handle scheduling once we resume operations. We will be offering many make-up options for you. Besides the normal in-class make-ups available we will be offering exclusive alternatives events like: Back-Handspring Clinic, Inflatable Day, Tumbling Clinic, Open Gym as well as credit towards Parent Night Out, Moms Day Out and Summer Camp Days. Dates for these events will be available as soon as we resume operation. Registration for these events will be through your GQ account in Jackrabbit.
We will not be posting class tuition for April. We will guarantee your child’s class spot with no charge to you until you are notified via email of the date that we are able to resume classes. When we reopen, we will prorate charges for the classes remaining in that month. This credit will be applied to the next payment after reopening.
GymQuarters is still hoping to hold our annual Spring Show for Junior classes - Saturday, May 30th and for Developmental classes - Sunday, May 31st. However, we will not be able to special order the themed leotards this year because of time constraints.
We want to thank you again for choosing GymQuarters Gymnastics. We look forward to seeing all those wonderful smiles here real soon. During this pause, we will not have set office hours and we encourage you to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Check your email and our social media for workouts and updates.
GymQuarters has decided to pause class operation in response to the COVID-19 from Monday, March 16th through Saturday, April 4th.
Junior, Developmental, Tumbling and Ninja Classes:

Following County and CDC guidelines and to help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our students, families, and staff, and to do our part in trying to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 we will be closing GymQuarters beginning Monday, March 16.
The COVID-19 outbreak remains a rapidly evolving situation and available information is fluid. In the meantime, it is vitally important that the members of the general public continue to practice recommended preventative measures, such as social distancing and robust personal hygiene, as recommended by the CDC.
